For the adventurous: This is our famous cheesecake made of Baron Bigod cheese, the skin is made of hazelnut and white chocolate and is accompanied by our home made Sable Breton.
Baron Bigod cheese: A creamy, soft-ripened cheese from the Brie family made from unpasteurized Montbeliarde cow’s milk. Produced in Bungay, Suffolk. Nutty and earthy in flavour.
Sablé Breton: Sablé means “sand” in French, and that is because of the crumbly texture of the short bread, original from the Brittany region.
Allergies: dairy, nuts, eggs, soy. Gluten (the biscuits). Not suitable for consumption whilst pregnant.
